The history of Bottega Bernacca began in Jardins 12 years ago with the opening of Bottega Bernacca Uno — the group's first home. In a space of just 36m², a place was born, designed to welcome friends and family, where hospitality has always been at the heart of everything.

More than just a restaurant, Uno was conceived as an extension of Davide Bernacca’s home: an intimate setting where the table is a gathering point and the food, a gesture of affection. It was there that the brand's pillars were consolidated — respect for the product, Italian technique, and the welcoming spirit that defines the Bottega experience to this day.
